The office is located at the Jaisalmer Fort Complex, a couple of steps away from the Main Gate. Airport: 14 km away; Railway station: 2 km away; Bus stand: 1 km away; Fort parking: 100 metres away. Cab or pickup/drop is available (extra charges apply).

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request and should appear in your account within 7 working days (depending on your bank & the mode of payment).

Generally no hidden charges, except for meals not mentioned, non-vegetarian options, alcoholic drinks, or package upgrades not listed.

There will be no refund in case of a sand storm or bad weather. Dates can be modified.

Typically one person per camel, except cultural program and honeymoon safaris. Children under 4 may share; ages 4–6 optional sharing.

Off-the-beaten track to completely remote and non-touristic dunes, except the cultural program which visits Sam Sand Dunes.

Yes — secure luggage storage at our office and guesthouse facilities for showering before/after the safari.

Campfires during winters only; not during the summers as the light from the campfire attracts a lot of insects, flies and other small creatures.
